Along the side of our house, we have a long row of Hydrangea bushes. We planted them believing that they were for a shade garden. It turns out that our hydrangea prefer the sun. It is quite funny to see our garden each year. The hydrangea on the outer edges have beautiful large blossoms and the middle never really matures. But, I enjoy them anyway.
I love these big white flowers and I finally made the time to photograph them. I used my scanner for this shot and Alien Skin's Exposure 6 during the post-processing. I also added a texture from Flypaper Textures, Flypaper Tex Box 2 : Muscatel.
